MARTIN DEACON

President, CEO, Lead Teacher
Martin Deacon graduated at the age of 21 from Dallas Theological Seminary. For over 30 years, he has been involved with numerous international start-ups, training, publishing, project management, event planning, mobilization and the connecting with leaders in and from over 100 nations.
Martin initiated or was entrusted with numerous international startups, training initiatives, publishing and event management for major Christian ministries. He loves to see leaders and pastors empowered, equipped and changed thru transformational teaching, tools and training. Martin is married to Anneli, and they are originally from South Africa and now reside in Atlanta.

WESLEY HOBBS

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Wesley graduated with an engineering degree from the Georgia Tech in Atlanta. He now serves as the Director of Development. He and his wife, Sophia, and two children are based in Roswell, Georgia.

Sean Dana

Donor Relations Director
After earning Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work, Christian Counseling, and Biblical Studies, Sean shifted his fifteen-year focus on local community engagement and ministry to serving pastors and churches globally through various roles over the next 17 years at Compassion International.
Sean believes that every previous season has prepared him for this one, in which his love for people is fueled by his passion for inviting all God’s kids to engage in a grand adventure with Jesus. If we are to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus, it will require that we all play the part we are designed to play. Together, we will saturate the world with Biblically saturated discipleship materials and training that transforms every nation throughout the global South and beyond.
Sean lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with his beloved wife of 39 years and counting, their grown children, and two grandchildren.

Anneli Deacon

Prayer Coordinator
Anneli has been helpmeet to Martin for 31 years in December. She earned a Master’s Degree in Latin from the University of Johannesburg, and serves as the Prayer Coordinator for TEN. They are parents to their son Martin (20) and daughter Linné (23).

Jill Milligan

Development Associate

Jill has played a variety of leadership roles over the past 46 years in ministries such as Walk thru the Bible, The Exponential Group, and Teach Every Nation. In these roles, her skills of leadership and teambuilding enabled her to manage operations, marketing, and partnerships with numerous denominations and ministries. Keywords that would define her would be relationships, transformation, and faith.

CAROL MCLEOD JONES

DIRECTOR OF CURRICULUM
Carol graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science, and over four decades led information technology and quality assurance teams, developing, editing, and managing textual, audio, video, and web content for Fortune 100 companies. At TEN, she leads TEN’s curriculum development, production, and operations for the Creative Team. Carol also serves as a production and pastoral leader for 12Stone Church, as well as with non-profits who ‘serve the underserved’.

DAVID DRUCKENMILLER

SENIOR EDITOR & PROJECT MANAGER
David is an award-winning producer and editor of documentary film, television & video. He manages production of video projects for TEN’s Office of Global Curriculum. David’s credits span 25 years in the video making industry and include broadcast documentaries, episodic television series as well as fundraising, informational and promotional pieces.

TIM REYNOLDS

SENIOR DESIGNER
Tim is a senior-level designer with expertise in print/web and motion graphics. He is responsible for print and motion graphics related to the development of curriculum. He has worked for organizations such as IBM, Touch Ministries and FamilyNet Television. Tim is also an accomplished painter. He loves the outdoors and is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Taylor Castillo

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Taylor Castillo serves as a Development Associate with Teach Every Nation (TEN), supporting the Development and Marketing teams in advancing TEN’s mission and building meaningful relationships with donors and partners. Taylor has been with TEN for nearly three years and is passionate about helping share the organization’s vision and impact around the world. She lives in Mooresville, North Carolina, with her husband, Pablo, and their daughter, Isla.

STEPHAN DE VILLIERS

Vice President of Bible School on Wheels
Stephan graduated from the University of Johannesburg with an Honours Degree in Theology. He later completed an MBA through the Millpark Business School. He has been involved in senior management for the past 10 years, including consulting, training, project management and finance. Stephan uses his passion, skills, and experience to not only personally train hundreds of leaders and build key relationships, but also ensure that TEN’s resources and training reach those who need it the most.

LEE HELLING

International Chief Operations Officer  
Lee graduated with a business degree from a Johannesburg university. He has been in full-time ministry in Southern Africa for 30 years. Lee serves with general assistance, translations and international partnerships.

MANUEL GONSALVES-BORREIJEIRRO

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Manuel Gonsalves-Borreijeirro (Manny) was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Manny serves as the Administrative Coordinator recording all dean, student and course registrations, sales, shipping of material, answering emails and phone inquiries.

Bruce & Darlene Wilkinson

Founder
Bruce’s breakout book, The Prayer of Jabez, was coined the fastest-selling book in history. Bruce has written more than 70 books including several that reached number one on the bestseller lists of The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. He is also a renowned ministry leader, working along-side the primary para-church organizations for decades on Great Commission initiatives with widespread global impact. Bruce is married to Darlene, and they reside in South Carolina.

KELLY & SUSAN CURRY

Chairman, Finance Committee
Kelly and Susan Curry established FICM in 1993. Originally from Kentucky, the Currys have been married since 1977. They have two daughters who were both raised in Ireland. Kelly formerly served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HMA, Inc and Susan is a trained learning disabilities teacher. Both of the Currys graduated from Ravencrest Bible School. Kelly is an ordained minister and Susan is a qualified Christian counselor.

Dave Finley

Finance Committee
Dave is the owner of LeadsOnline and resides in Dallas with his wife Deb. He has a history of aligning resources to serve those who serve others. Throughout his career, he has made a meaningful impact in entrepreneurial enterprises, Fortune 100 companies, and non-profits.

Danny Frances

Danny & Sherry Frances have been married since 1974. They have two adult sons and 4 grandsons. Danny’s background is serving as CEO of long term care companies for 40 years. He is currently developing coffee stores that honor God and serve people.

MARK LAYNE

Finance Committee
Mark Studied Bachelor and Masters of Accountancy at University of Tennessee, is a CPA, and is the Chairman of the Board of the Latimer Foundation. Mark and his wife, Janna, have 7 children.

Stephan Spies

Stephan is a theologian and retired minister in the Dutch Reformed Church of South Africa. He is the owner and MD of Christian Media Publishing (CMP), one of the largest Bible and Church resource publishers in Africa and global South.
During the past decades Stephan serves on many ministry boards and now serves as the chairperson of the board of the Stellenbosch Theological Journal, the oldest and largest in Africa, a board member of Andrew Murray Youth Centres and member of the board of Teach Every Nation. He is married to Antoinette, a retired music teacher.’

Martin S.P. Deacon

Contracted CFO
(Deacon Advisors LLC)

Martin serves as TEN’s contracted CFO, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, data analytics, tax, and compliance. He is the founder of Deacon Advisors LLC, a fractional CFO and advisory practice serving nonprofits, ministries, and closely held businesses. Martin obtained his CPA license at age 21 and held roles in international tax, investments, and restructuring prior to starting his own practice.
